Hello! I’m back! Do you like it? I’ve missed blogging and I’ve been reading so many inspiring blogs these past few months I thought it would be good to start afresh with my own domain and everything (with all of my old posts imported, obv).
The current layout and design of the site is subject to change and will all be tidied in due course, but at the moment, I’m just going to try and get my writing mojo back again. My photographing mojo will hopefully return too. I carry a camera round with me all the time, but I rarely remember to take it out and I miss my (admittedly ill-fated) 365 Days project so hopefully I’ll add quite a few random photos on a nearly daily basis too.
So what have I done these few past months of non blogging? Well my sister got hitched, I’ve been on Twitter an awful lot, work’s been boring, then interesting, the boring again, I spent far to many hours on Etsy and dreamed of opening my own little shop, but most importantly I got married. The wedding I think was the best party ever, everything went perfectly during the day (despite quite a few hitches in planning), we had a zombie cake and the honeymoon was most excellent fun where Dave and I galloped round a bit of Europe blagging as much free champagne as we could.
I think it’s fair to say that we both look pretty awesome, non?

I just ‘met’ you at Melanie’s blog. She originally inspired me to start a blog, but because she was almost superhumanly efficient and her posts so great, I didn’t feel I could produce anything as good as hers. Then I deleted lots of posts and decided to start again, but life got in the way… And a week ago I decided that since I had gained so much from Melanie’s blogs, I’d try and start a blog a bit similar to hers, writing not just about one subject, but about anything that might be interesting to others.
So I am glad I’ve met you and that you’ve just started blogging again too. The vegetables you grew in containers look fantastic.
And, of course, congratulations on getting married!
